Every fall, Presby’s Maple Farm LLC opens its doors for our annual Maple Tours –  behind-the-scenes experience that brings visitors right into the heart of New Hampshire’s maple tradition.  Whether you are a lifelong maple lover or discovering sugaring for the first time, our tours offer a warm, educational, family-friendly look at how pure maple syrup is made.

We have been producing maple syrup for generations, and sharing that process with our community is one of our favorite parts of the year.

What You Will Experience on a Maple Tour

Our tours are designed to be fun, informative, and interactive.  Each visit includes:

A Walk Around the Farm

Learn how weather affects the season.

Guests love seeing the tanks and equipment that we use up close – it is a perfect blend of tradition and modern maple technology.

Inside the Sugarhouse

Step into the sugarhouse where the heart of the maple production takes place.  We explain how sap becomes syrup, how the evaporator works, and what makes each batch unique.

Maple Grades and Tasting

Golden, Amber, Dark, Very Dark – There is a difference in taste.

Visitors will have a chance to taste at least one of the flavors that we have.

Behind-the-Scenes Stories

We share real maple-making moments:

Shopping & Maple Goodies

Our farm store is open after every tour.

Tour Schedule for Fall 2026

Our Maple Tours run on the following dates:

September: 24,25,26,27

October: 1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11,15,16,17,18

We offer two tours per day:

• 11:00 AM
• 2:00 PM

Each tour lasts 1 ½ hours

Tour fill quickly, especially on peak foliage weekends – we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
