Maple Mustard Glaze

Maple Mustard Glaze (5‑Minute Recipe)

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp whole‑grain mustard (optional but wonderful)
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
  • Pinch salt & pepper
  • Optional: ⅛ tsp smoked paprika or thyme

Instructions

  1. Whisk everything together in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Brush on meat or veggies during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking.
  3. For a thicker glaze, simmer 2–3 minutes in a small pan until slightly reduced.
