
Maple Mustard Glaze (5‑Minute Recipe)
Makes about ½ cup
Ingredients
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp whole‑grain mustard (optional but wonderful)
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
- Pinch salt & pepper
- Optional: ⅛ tsp smoked paprika or thyme
Instructions
- Whisk everything together in a small bowl until smooth.
- Brush on meat or veggies during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking.
- For a thicker glaze, simmer 2–3 minutes in a small pan until slightly reduced.
