Apple Crisp
8 medium apples (peeled & sliced)
¼ C Maple Sugar
Dash of cinnamon
TOPPING:
½ C flour
½ C Maple Sugar
1/3 C oatmeal
6 Tbsp butter
1. Place sliced apples in 9 X 12 inch baking pan and sprinkle with the Maple Sugar and a few sprinkles of cinnamon.
2. Combine ingredients for topping except butter. Mix and sprinkle over apples. Cut butter and place over topping.
3. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
